DESCRIPTION
  • Driving and implementing the Market Development & Strategic Sales established
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors like home appliances, IT, energy, medical/pharma, defense, and industrial manufacturing
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including Smart Factory, Smart Product, Smart Ecosystem, and Industrial Metaverse solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic growth targets
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and aligning EDAG’s solutions to meet their needs
  • Represent EDAG at industry events, trade shows, and B2B networking platforms such as Cluster Industrial
  • Solution Design & Proposal Development
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to co-develop tailored solutions that integrate digitalization, automation, and sustainability
  • Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals, including technical scopes
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of turnkey solutions and specialized services, including REPSE-compliant staffing and engineering support
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation
  • Promote company's digital capabilities such as digital twins, AI-driven analytics, IoT platforms, and smart logistics
  • Identify and articulate the value of digital business models and data-driven services to prospective clients
  • Talent & Resource Coordination
  • Collaborate with HR and project managers to define candidate profiles, support talent scouting, and ensure rapid deployment of qualified personnel to client sites
  • Match talent with project needs efficiently
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KPIs related to sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market trends, client feedback, and strategic opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or consulting in B2B environments
  • Proven success in developing new markets and closing complex deals
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation trends
  • Experience in industrial, energy, or medical/pharma sectors (non Automotive)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of REPSE compliance and talent deployment models
