DESCRIPTION
  • Verify the implementation of product and process specifications, test instructions, and process and quality regulations.
  • Review capability study results and check the implementation status of FMEA actions and special characteristics assurance.
  • Evaluate new quality specification releases with process partners, define implementation timelines, and assign responsibilities.
  • Assess the maturity level of each build phase, including engineering and process changes.
  • Coordinate activities with process and production teams for first‑part releases in each build phase.
  • Perform traceability stress tests during validation events, including hardware (e.g., part marking) and software (information telegrams).
  • Monitor and report status of all related activities and findings.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, production, or similar roles.
  • Experience in product and process audits according to international standards (IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001).
  • Strong knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies, including 8D.
  • Good understanding of production processes and product release procedures.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of non‑conforming product processes and material management.
  • ISO 19011 Certified Quality Auditor (desirable).
  • Experience handling KPIs and structured reporting.
  • Ability to gather technical information, lessons learned, concepts, and customer requirements.
