DESCRIPTION
  • Perform the evaluation of full vehicle and/or components within the different commodities​.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles and individual components to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor and follow up on rework activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of identified issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all rework actions performed, aligned with internal and customer requirements
  • Ensure strict adherence to established quality protocols and process specifications throughout all stages of inspection and rework
  • Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets​.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings​.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related
  • 1 to 3 years of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions​
  • Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)​
  • Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management​
  • Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus)
  • Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)​
  • Handling of KPIs and reporting​
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements​
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)​
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)​
  • SAP (desirable)​
  • Fluent English (Conversational level)
  • Available to rotate shifts
  • 3 to 4 months contract
