DESCRIPTION
  • Assure the closure of 8D´s reports.​
  • Apply 5S methodology.​
  • Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department.​
  • Management and allocation of Interior/Exterior time and resources.
  • Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration.​
  • Administrative support to Interior/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area).​
  • Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR).​
  • Coordination of meetings and/or visits between clients and the Interior/Exterior department.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related​
  • 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.​
  • Knowledge of project management and / or planning (Basic).​
  • Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language. (Basic).​
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
  • Software Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project (Basic)
  • Fluent English
  • Technical English is a plus
