DESCRIPTION

  • Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment.
  • Prepare documentation and releases of the pre-series tightening processes (maintenance, production and quality).
  • Start up support of new tools or torque equipment’s.
  • Changes in Master PC variants for new implementations to rebalancing
  • Ensure parameters for releases (Curves, MFU,MNA1,PDMs)​.

  • Support to improve the Master PC (visual aid and line release with ID operator).​

  • Validation of changes with multidisciplinary areas​.

  • Standardize programs/parameters (target torque, angle, speed, window thresholds, time, OK/NOK limits, retries).​

  • Interpret specifications (materials, fastener classes, coatings, lubricants, treatments) and validate preload.​

  • Ensure process capability (Cm/Cmk, Cpk), OK/NOK rate, and First Time Through per station.​

  • Support try-outs, ramp-up, and engineering changes; analyze curves and adjust parameters.​

  • Train operators, technicians, and quality teams on acceptance criteria and NOK reaction plans.​

  • Establish reaction plans (rework, verification, containment)​

  • Manage relationships with tool suppliers and fastener suppliers (class, coating, certificates).​

  • Support customer audits and specific OEM requirements.​


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor´s degree in engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.​
  • 4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (Screwdriving technology) ​
  • Experience at an OEM​.​

  • Fluent English.
  • German A2 (desirable)​
  • 6 months contract.
