DESCRIPTION
  • Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities.
  • Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according to the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.
  • Validate timelines, deliveries and all requirements are met during the different steps of the launch process.
  • Coordinate all activities needed from suppliers’ scope.
  • Execute actions for problem solving through of different tools and deploy effective corrective actions.
  • Participate in the different launch steps with the suppliers.
  • Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets.
  • Tracking of all shipping activities for reporting, AWB, deliveries (supplier to customer and viceversa).
  • Align with all internal/external parties to ensure delivery of parts with defects for analysis and corrective actions.
  • Generate reports of warehouse status.
  • Create, monitor and/or request all needed information for audits.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings and provide status to top management.
  • Follow up and validate the activities required by the project through an effective plan deployment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical and/or related field
  • 1.5+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions.
  • Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001).
  • Good knowledge of Project Management and steering.
  • Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of non-conforming processes and material management
  • Handling of KPIs and reporting.
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • SAP (desirable)
