Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
Maintenance of recruitment platforms
Ensure the hiring process
Ensure safety compliance and local regulations
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
Supervise the distribution, inventory, and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters
Execution of EHS processes
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.
+3 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes for the Automotive Engineering
Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation
Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS
Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025
Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S
