DESCRIPTION
  • Execution of the recruitment and selection process​

  • Post open positions on the company's platforms and communication channels​

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates​

  • Maintenance of recruitment platforms​

  • Ensure the hiring process​

  • Ensure safety compliance and local regulations ​

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.​

  • Supervise the distribution, inventory, and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).​

  • Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance​

  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters​

  • Execution of EHS processes​
     

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.​

  • +3 years of experience in recruitment​ and HR processes for the Automotive Engineering

  • Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation​

  • Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS​

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025​

  • Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S
