- Lead and coordinate industrial construction and integration activities within running production environments
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of projects under high time pressure and production constraints
- Manage site operations, including logistics, access control, and work area organization
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers on-site
- Enforce safety standards, plant regulations, and permit-controlled activities
- Act as the main interface between project management, clients, and on-site teams
- Manage escalations related to safety, quality, and project timelines
- Support ramp-up, shutdown, and reconstruction phases in complex industrial environments
- Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve conflicts during critical project phases
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- +6 years of experience in industrial construction sites
- Experience in industrial plant installation and restructuring projects
- Strong enforcement of rules, safety, and logistics concepts
- Experience in escalation management and coordination
- English at a professional working level
- German A2 (desirable)
- Availability to travel
- Temporary position
